Calzones!!!!
Serves: Will make 2 calzones 2-4
Prep time: 10
Cooking time: 30
What you'll need:
a frying pan - for sausage - optional
pizza pan/stone
a cutting board, or non stick board - the counter will also work
rolling pin
olive oil/oil
italian seasoning
sausage, peperoni, ham, mushrooms, bell peppers, whatever toppings you like, etc
premix pizza dough - Betty Crocker is a good one
pizza sauce - I'll think about giving my recipe in the next couple of weeks
16oz of mozarella cheese - you can definetly get more if you would like extra cheese.
Directions:
Preheat oven 400
1. Wash and prepare any of your toppings if necessary. For instance, dice your peppers and brown the sausage.
2. Add 1/4 of a cup of warm water into the pizza dough mix.
3. Add a tablespoon of italian seasoning to the mix.
4. Add a tablespoon of oil into mix and stir, add more water if needed.
5. Take a piece of dough the size of a baseball and spread out on sheet/board. Placing a little oil on your hands helps the dough not stick to and the counter, or saving a little flour to place dough on does the trick as well.
6. Either using your hands or the rolling pin, spread the dough out in a circle.
7. Spread a meager amount of pizza sauce for your base. If you put to much it will make the bread soggy.
8. Add modest portion of cheese and desired topping.
9. Fold over and pinch the ends of the dough to ensure they will not reopen while cooking.
10. Place on pizza pan and place in over for 8-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
11. Take out of the over and serve with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping.

Turkey chili
This is an easy turkey chili recipe that provides a lot of meals for your week, and it's light in calories!. My wife and I love making this meal. Men, if you're like me make sure you do not wear white. Getting tomatoes stains out of your clothes is tough. Hope you enjoy the recipe!
Serves: 6-8
Prep time: 30
Cooking time: 30
What you will need:
1 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 pound of ground turkey
1 onion chopped
2 cups of water
2 cans crushed tomatoes
toucans kidney beans
1 tablespoon garlic minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 can of corn
1 bell pepper of your choice. (I prefer red)
Directions:
Place the ground turkey in a saucepan with the chopped onions, minced garlic, and salt and pepper. Brown the turkey and drain any excess fat.
While turkey is being browned mix the other ingredients in a big pot. Allow to simmer with ground turkey for 30 mins.
Tips: If you like your chili spicy, put more cayenne pepper in it. If you like your chili thick simmer longer. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of chili and couple with cornbread for a great meal.
